Regional Championship Qualifier (RCQ) Modern– Round 1 at Bath TCG

 

Get ready for the ultimate Magic: The Gathering experience at Bath TCG! Join us for Round 1 of our Regional Championship Qualifier (RCQ) – Modern format, where competitive players will battle it out for glory, prizes, and a coveted invitation to the Regional Championship.

 

Event Details

  • Date & Time: 19/07/25. Doors Open 9.30am. Round 1 starts 10.30am
  • Location: Bath TCG
  • Format: Modern
  • Entry Fee: £30

What to Expect

  • Competitive Play: Test your skills in a high-stakes modern tournament with the best local and regional players.
  • Top Prizes: The winner will earn an invitation to the Regional Championship, along with booster packs.
  • Swiss Rounds with Top Cut: The tournament structure will be based on attendance, with Swiss rounds followed by a top cut.

 

What to Bring

  • A Modern-legal deck with a completed and legible decklist.
  • Sleeves for all cards in your deck to prevent damage.
  • Counters, dice, and tokens as needed for gameplay.
  • A life pad or scorekeeping tool to track life totals.
  • Your Wizards Play Network (WPN) ID for event registration.
