Message added from our Judge:
-RCQ will be judged at Competetive Rules Enforcement.
-Before the RCQ begins, all players must hand in their decklist. Be kind to Your TO and Judge and print Your Decklist and avoid writing it by hand. If the event is Limited, the decklist must be created under deck construction and handed in before the first round begins.
-There will be deck checks during the event, as per RCQ rules.
-All players are expected to understand the rules at Competitive Rules Enforcement level.
-Top8: These rounds must end with a winner. If a Top8 match goes into overtime, and is not finished after 5 turns, the player with the highest life total wins the game. If the life total is tied, the game continues until one players life total changes and the player with the highest life total wins the game.
-Finals: Are not timed.
