Supplementary Terms of Service – Crowdfunding

These Supplementary Terms (“Crowdfunding Terms”) apply in addition to the Unity League Terms of Use and govern your participation in any crowdfunding or donation campaign (the “Campaign”) operated on the Platform by Mana Grid GmbH, Im Glockenacker 35, 8053 Zürich, Switzerland (UID: CHE-192.009.593). By contributing, you agree to these Crowdfunding Terms and the general Terms of Use.

1. Nature of Contributions.

All contributions are voluntary donations intended to support the European Unity League and related activities. Contributions do not constitute a purchase, investment, or contractual entitlement to any product, service, or reward.

2. Rewards and Acknowledgements.

We may, at our discretion, offer symbolic rewards or acknowledgements (e.g., badges, tickets, merchandise). These are not guaranteed; delays, substitutions, or cancellations may occur.

3. Refunds.

Donations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a Campaign goal is not met or rewards cannot be provided, no refund or compensation will be issued.

4. Use of Funds.

Funds are managed by Mana Grid GmbH and used to advance Campaign goals, including event organization, platform development, community projects, and coverage improvements.

5. Transparency.

We aim to provide periodic updates on progress and fund allocation, while retaining full discretion over fund use.

6. Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Grid GmbH is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

Swiss law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
