Baal Roi had its first contact with Magic in 2003 upon receiving some intro decks from Scourge. Although it was only in 2009 that his girlfriend brought him back to Magic, and he has been playing ever since.

He's been a L1 Judge and Youtube cEDH Content Creator since 2020, and once migrated to Switzerland in 2023 he's now a big force behind the Swiss Irregulars Community, having brought the cEDH European Championship Invitationals to Switzerland.
Since 2024 he re-ignited his love for Modern
